I needed an infrared camera for a project I was working on, but had no prior experience working with these cameras. After explaining the project, the ICI staff recommended the camera to use, and then patiently explained how to use it once it arrived. The Centurion camera produced the high quality video we were looking for. The project was a success thanks to the support I received from ICI.

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend to you the people and products of Infrared Camera Inc. I attended a one week seminar conducted by the professionals there. I was impressed from the beginning by their product knowledge and willingness to work with us each on a group and individual basis while conducting the class. The support staff was friendly and efficient. The sales group took the time to listen to our needs and recommend products that would work in our particular work environment.

Customer services was outstanding. I had a small problem with the camera that I purchased. I called them and they responded immediately, shipping me another camera so I could continue my work uninterrupted. I have been using IR technology for approx. 8 years. It has greatly enhanced our inspection quality in discovering efficiencies which would have gone undetected.

We are using an ICI Tough Cam Pro ICIAA2125. And found it to be a friendly and powerful tool.
Although the camera is excellent, the main excellence lies with ICI's customer service. Any questions, we had, they took all the time necessary to walk us through the issues. And explained themselves very well, thus allowing us to proceed in a timely, efficient manner.
