Infrared Cameras Inc. Warranty Information

At Infrared Cameras Inc., we offer a standard 1 year warranty with all our new infrared thermal imaging cameras we sell. A 2 year extended warranty is available at the time of purchase for roughly 10% of the total cost of the thermal camera.

All new thermal imaging cameras from Infrared Cameras Inc. come with our standard one year warranty. All products manufactured by Infrared Cameras Inc. are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the shipping date of the original purchase provided such products have been under normal storage, use and service, and in accordance with Infrared Cameras Inc. instructions.

An extended warranty to two years is available at the time of purchase for all new thermal imaging cameras offered by Infrared Cameras Inc. The cost to purchase the two warranty is roughly 10% of the cost of the camera. For more information please contact us.
